Why you should become staff:

Because the other staff you've "hired" haven't been very good as far as language, server protecting, and dispute settling. They all seem young and inexperienced as administration and i;ve got a bit of experience dealing with people.

How can you help the server:

Well, i'm a pretty good builder and can create a bunch of neat looking stuff for future spawns/pvp arenas/ other games. I also enjoy rebuilding the inevitable tnt grief that will occur around any spawnpoint people build. Being a server operator myself, i am familiar with most commands and permissions and id say i did a pretty good job with my last server.

How long have you played the server:

probably around 2 weeks or so. long enough to see that staff arent doing what thy should be and that people joining the server aren't satisfied with what they see around spawn.

Are you trustworthy:

if i weren't trustworthy then i probably wouldnt be spending the time to fill out this survey and would be instead griefing the server while you and everyone else were offline

Part 2:

Say that 2 people are swearing/fighting each other...what do you do?

well first i'd have to assess the situation. how bad is the fighting? is there a legitimate cause for it? how easily can it be fixed? etc. if there's nothing that i can do to fix it, then i'd give them each a set of warnings. 2 warnings before i'd mute them for a minute, if they still don't work out after that then i'd give a temporary ban for each of them.

If you encounter a hacker, how long would you ban them? Type /rules if you don't know.

actual hacker or client user? clients cant really do anything to break the server. i'd temp ban them for a day just to see if they can come back to playing normally. as for a real, server breaking hacker, i'd probably ban them for at least 1 week. if they rejoin and do it again then permaban.
